Corresponding authors affiliated with VU/VUMC, RU/RadboudUMC, RUG/UMCG, TUD, TU/e, UL/LUMC, UM/MUMC+, UT, UU/UMC Utrecht, UvA/AMC and WUR will receive a 100% discount on the Article Processing Charges that need to be paid to publish open access in this journal.
